Helvetic Mercenaries sign veteran presence on defense

Still looking for their first win of the season, the Helvetic Mercenaries have completed two important signings to strenghten their defensive. Darius Saint-Robinson and Ivory Webb III (both cornerbacks) will suit up for the Swiss side.

Saint-Robinson was released from the Ravens just a few days ago and has already found a new home. The 32-year-old can already look back on an illustrious career in football. In 2014 he was under contract with the Buffalo Bills, but was released due to injury.

After a break of several years, he made his comeback and took his talents to europe, playing for multitple franchises in several leagues. Now with the Mercenaries, he is expected to give the defense the necessary experience.

Joining him will be Ivory Webb III, who was under contract with the Atlanta Falcons just two years go, though he did not make the final roster. The defensive back previously played for Montana State University. On the other side, the Mercenaries released Nazir Streater.
