Munich Ravens strengthen defense with two key additions

The Munich Ravens had to get a lot of paperwork done this week. The German franchise has made a couple of notable roster moves. Deyleon Williams and Manase Time will look to improve the defensive backfield. Both will occupy an A-Spot.

Williams is no newcomer to Germany, as he played for the Marburg Mercenaries in the German Football League in 2023. He also played at Midwestern State University and the University of West Florida. Most recently, he won the championship in the Mexican Liga de Fútbol Americano Profesional.

"I'm happy to be here. I just want to give it my all and do my bit to make sure we reach the play-offs and win the championship", Williams is quoted on the Ravens' official website.

Improvement for the secondary

The 27-year-old Manase Time has also already gained European football experience with the Potsdam Royals in the GFL. Other stops included the University of Hawaii and Idaho St. University. "I am very grateful to be able to play for the Munich Ravens. I want to use my physicality to strengthen the defense. I'm looking forward to winning more games with the team," says Time on the Ravens' website.

In a corresponding move, Munich released Darius Saint-Robinson. The other A-Spot has been open since the departure of Joshua Flowers last week.
