Saturday’s Week 5 Top-Performer of the day: Reilly Hennessey

Today’s slate of ELF action featured several strong performances from players such as Yannick Mayr, Tobias Bonnati, Chad Walrond, and Joc Crawford. All of these stars made huge plays for their respective teams in today's three contests.

However, the standout of the day goes to Stuttgart Surge quarterback Reilly Hennessey, who has been putting up potential MVP numbers all season. The experienced passer went into today's action with a perfect 10 passing touchdowns and zero interceptions.

Surge at 4-0

Today, unfortunately for him, he did throw his first interception of the season, however, he made up for it and more, throwing for four touchdowns, while racking up 257 yards on an even more impressive 75% completion percentage. He also was able to move the chains with his legs adding 23 yards on the ground.

More importantly, the veteran quarterback was able to lead the Surge to another impressive victory against a talented Munich Ravens team, helping them reach a 4-0 record, as they remain the top team in the Central Conference after a statement 38-22 win over the Ravens.
